Asian Soapy Massage
Sort of the unofficial red light district. Huay Kwang has no go go bars. No beer bars. Just a cluster of karaoke joints geared towards the Thai/Asian crowd. Though it is not uncommon to find freelancers standing on the sidewalk outside of Nataree smiling at passing foreigners on their merry way to a soapy massage parlor.
I realize for some people that Huay Kwang might be too far from Sukhumvit. Even though it's only a short 15 minute ride on the MRT subway. But the fact is that better looking Thai girls are found working in soapy establishments that are out of the Sukhumvit district. So believe me, going to Huay Kwang is absolutely worth it.
There are a lot of soapy massage parlors spread out all over Bangkok. Some are not so easy to get to and a bit out of the main tourists friendly sections of Bangkok. But something tells me that's not going to stop you.
Luckily, there are a lot of soapies near MRT stations which you can find below. And to make things a lot easier I'm going to list a couple of hotels, some affordable and some budget near the city's most popular soapies.
Soapies in Huay Kwang:
- Nataree (highly recommended, ask for the papasan Mr. Gee., he speaks English)
- Lord Jim
- Alaina Entertainment
Soapies in Sukhumvit District:Annie's Massage right in Nana red light district, right between Sukhumvit Soi 2 and 4. There are many hotels in the area but the closest is a very nice 4 star hotel called Majestic Grande. The other is the Rajah Mansion (formerly Rajah Hotel).
Darlings Massage is about a 100 meters down Sukhumvit Soi 12. Like Annie's, it's in a very busy area closer to Soi Cowboy. There are no hotels directly right next to it but there are many hotels on the main road of Sukhumvit and even on Sukhumvit Soi 10.
So since both soapy massage parlors are right in the Sukhumvit district there really is no shortage of visitor friendly hotels in walking distance to both soapy establishments. Though all of the hotels I mentioned in Huay Kwang will also allow their guests to invite ladies to their rooms as well.
