Integrative Therapeutic Massage helps people with muscular pain problems get back to pain free! Depending on your needs and goals, we provide a unique integrative healing experience, often combining the therapeutic elements of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (NMT) with Reiki, a gentle form of energy healing. We specialize in helping those with conditions such as low back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, headaches, TMJ dysfunction, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, and a range of running injuries.

Meet the Business Owner

I am a Certified Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and owner of Integrative Therapeutic Massage, based in Chicago's Old Town neighborhood. I specialize in helping clients recover from injuries and chronic pain conditions. As a long distance runner, I also have a special affinity for working with endurance athletes, possessing a first-hand understanding of common running injuries and pain problems.

With a previous background in research, I've channeled a love of finding information and problem-solving into a passion for helping clients uncover the "mystery" of their soft tissue pain. I combine these clinical skills with a my love of holistic healing, often including Reiki energy work in my sessions. My goal is to be a partner in your journey to wellness - helping you to live life to the fullest, pain-free.
